Terms and Conditions of Hire

Pricing

Please note a non-refundable booking fee of $400.00 per carriage is required to confirm your booking. The balance in full 7 working days before the wedding day.

Attire

Both driver and footman will be formally attired in top hat and tails. Please feel free to discuss other options if you require something different e.g. theme weddings.

Decorations

We offer a variety of bows/ribbons to decorate your carriage to match the brides and bridesmaids outfits for a small fee. Otherwise white or cream bows will be offered as standard. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and presentation. As this is your big day we welcome any special requests or suggestions, but ask that you discuss these with us in advance.

Cancellations

Cancellations forfeit the booking fee. If the cancellation is within 6 weeks of the wedding Quayside Carriages requires 50% of the total carriage hireage to be paid to offset loss of business. Cancellations within 7 days requires payment in full to offset loss of business.
